What information we may receive

If you contact Eleve Suites by phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, or a booking platform, we may receive the details you choose to share with us, such as your name, contact information, travel dates, guest count, and booking-related questions.

How the information is used

We use this information to respond to inquiries, help with reservations, coordinate check-in, confirm guest details, and support your stay before, during, and after arrival when needed.

Booking platforms and third parties

If you book through Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or another platform, your booking details may also be handled according to that platform's own privacy and account policies. We only use the information necessary to manage your stay and guest communication.

Guest verification and arrival details

As part of check-in coordination, guests may be asked to provide valid ID and arrival information before check-in. This helps us meet property requirements and prepare access for your stay.

Sharing and storage

We do not publish guest information. Information shared for reservations or support is used only for operational guest communication and stay management, except where disclosure is required by law, building policy, or the platform used for booking.
